Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans, toasted

1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing the edges to hang over for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper with cooking spray.

Melt the White Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

Add Flavorings: Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until well incorporated.

Incorporate Pecan and Caramel: Fold in the chopped toasted pecans and half of the caramel sauce into the melted fudge mixture, distributing them evenly throughout.

Pour Into the Dish: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the surface. You can use a toothpick or a knife to swirl the caramel gently into the fudge for a marbled effect.

Chill: Cover the fudge with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and serve, drizzled with extra caramel sauce if desired.
