Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 lb cooked turkey breast, sliced or shredded

2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup hummus (your favorite flavor)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1 tsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients: Start by slicing or shredding the cooked turkey breast. Rinse and dry the spinach leaves, halve the cherry tomatoes, and chop the red onion.

Spread the Hummus: Lay the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of hummus evenly over each tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.

Layer the Ingredients: On each tortilla, evenly distribute the cooked turkey, fresh spinach leaves, crumbled feta cheese, cherry tomato halves, and chopped red onion. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the top and season with salt, pepper, and oregano if using.

Wrap It Up: Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly over the filling, folding in the sides as you go to keep everything contained. Continue rolling until you reach the end of the tortilla.

Slice and Serve: Using a sharp knife, cut each wrap in half diagonally. Serve immediately or wrap them in plastic wrap or foil for a convenient lunch on the go.

Optional Garnish: For added flavor, drizzle with extra olive oil or a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
