Ingredients

1 pound refrigerated pizza dough

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried parsley

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (about ½ inch thick). Cut the dough into strips, about 1 inch wide.

Take each strip and tie it into a knot, tucking the ends underneath. Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix well.

Brush generously over the garlic knots, ensuring each one is well-coated. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter mixture over the knots.

If you'd like, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the knots for an extra flavor kick.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the knots are golden brown.

Once out of the oven, brush the knots with any additional remaining garlic butter.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for an extra touch of freshness.

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy every scrumptious bite!
