1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Ice cubes (optional, for thicker consistency)

Prepare the Fruit: Start by washing the strawberries under cold running water. Remove the green leaves (hulling) and slice the strawberries. Peel and slice the banana into smaller pieces for easier blending.

    Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the sliced strawberries, banana, yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds if using.

      Blend Smoothly: Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
