1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup chocolate chips (optional for extra richness)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Prepare the Strawberries: In a small bowl, combine the chopped strawberries with a tablespoon of sugar and let them sit for about 10 minutes to release their juices.
