1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup red cabbage, shredded

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Lime wedges, for serving

Extra Sriracha, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

Marinate the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, Sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until evenly coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Tacos: While the shrimp are cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.

Assemble the Tacos: Place a few shrimp onto each tortilla. Top with sliced avocado and shredded red cabbage. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.

Finish and Serve: Drizzle extra Sriracha over the tacos if desired. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
