2 large flour tortillas

1 ripe mango, sliced

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, julienned

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup sriracha sauce (adjust for spice preference)

2 tablespoons lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the sriracha sauce with lime juice. Adjust the spiciness to your liking by adding more or less sriracha.

    Prep the Fillings: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well to combine all the ingredients.
