1 large egg

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 5 whole crackers)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
