1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)

2 cups vegetable broth

2 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp ground cumin

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp brown sugar (to enhance sweetness)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Prep the Ingredients: Begin by peeling and dicing your peaches. Chop the onion and bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
