2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 large flour tortillas

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.

      Make the Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.

        Slice the Chicken: After resting, slice the chicken into thin strips.

          Assemble the Wraps: Lay the flour tortillas flat. Spread a layer of the cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla, followed by a layer of fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. Place a few strips of the sliced chicken on top.

            Roll the Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the filling as you go to create a sealed wrap.

              Toast the Wraps: Optional – For added flavor and crunch, heat a dry skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
