Ingredients

1 pound fresh lobster meat, cooked and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon Sriracha (or to taste)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives) for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat and green onions, ensuring that the lobster is well distributed throughout the mixture.

Transfer the lobster mixture to a 1.5-quart baking dish. Spread it evenly and smooth the top with a spatula.

In a separate bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese and panko breadcrumbs together. Evenly sprinkle this mixture over the top of the lobster dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling around the edges.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
