Ingredients

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (frozen if preferred)

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced (frozen if preferred)

1/4 cup coconut water (or regular water)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (for brightness)

Ice cubes (as needed for desired thickness)

Instructions

Prepare the Pineapple Slush: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut water, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. If using fresh pineapple, add ice cubes a little at a time until it reaches your desired slushie consistency. Pour the pineapple mixture into a large cup or bowl and set aside.

Prepare the Strawberry Slush: Rinse the blender, then add the sliced strawberries, coconut water, honey, and lime juice. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture. Add ice cubes incrementally until you reach your preferred slushie thickness.

Create the Swirl: In serving glasses, alternate layers of the pineapple and strawberry slushies, swirling them together gently with a spoon or a straw. This will create a beautiful marbled effect.

Garnish and Serve: Top each slushie with additional fresh fruit slices (pineapple and strawberry) for garnish. If available, add a sprig of mint for a pop of color and freshness. Serve immediately with a straw.
