Ingredients

8 oz penne pasta

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups shredded provolone cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and green bell pepper. Cook until they begin to soften, about 4-5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed steak, and sautéed vegetables. Stir in the softened cream cheese, beef broth, Italian seasoning, and half of the provolone cheese until everything is well coated. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake It Up: Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining provolone and grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
