Ingredients

1 pound elbow macaroni

4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cups milk

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Begin by cooking the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, saving a little of the cheddar for topping later.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.

In a greased crockpot, layer half of the cooked macaroni, then half of the cheese mixture, followed by half of the milk mixture. Repeat the layers with the remaining macaroni, cheese, and milk.

Top the final layer with the reserved cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika if desired.

Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, or until the cheese is melted and the mac and cheese is creamy and hot.

Stir gently before serving to mix the layers together. Enjoy your cheesy heaven!
