Ingredients

1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs (about 10-12 cookies)

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: Mini chocolate chips for extra sweetness

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and vanilla protein powder. Stir until well mixed.

Add Wet Ingredients: Add the softened cream cheese, almond butter (or peanut butter), honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.

Mix Well: Using a spatula or your hands, mix all ingredients together until you have a consistent dough-like texture. If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips.

Form the Balls: Scoop out portions of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls using your hands. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill: Once all the mixture is formed into balls, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up the energy bites.

Serve and Store: Enjoy the Oreo protein balls cold! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
