Ingredients

1 can (16.5 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough

1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10-12 cookies)

½ cup brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1 cup cream cheese frosting (store-bought or homemade)

Extra crushed Oreo cookies for topping

Optional: 1 tbsp milk for thinning frosting

Instructions

Prep the Dough: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies, brown sugar, and cinnamon until evenly combined. Set aside.

Roll Out the Dough: Open the can of cinnamon roll dough and remove the dough. Unroll the individual rolls into a rectangle on a clean, lightly floured surface. If it shrinks, let it rest for a few minutes before rolling it out again.

Add the Filling: Spread the softened butter evenly over the rolled-out dough using a spatula. Then, sprinkle the Oreo mixture evenly over the buttered dough, covering the entire surface.

Roll and Slice: Starting from one edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Once you reach the end, pinch the seam to seal. Slice the log into about 8-10 even rolls using a serrated knife or dental floss for clean cuts.

Arrange in Baking Dish: Place the rolls in the greased baking dish, leaving a little space between each roll for rising.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Frost and Serve: Once the cinnamon rolls are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes. Drizzle the cream cheese frosting evenly over the warm rolls. For a thinner consistency, mix in a tablespoon of milk with the frosting. Top with extra crushed Oreo cookies for an added crunch.

Enjoy: Serve warm and watch everyone enjoy these Oreo Cinnamon Roll Delights – perfect for Phil's birthday celebration!
