Instructions

Prepare the Dough:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk and granulated sugar. Sprinkle the active dry yeast over the top and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

      - Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture; stir until combined.

        - Gradually add flour and salt to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

          - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

            Make the Filling:

              - In a medium bowl, mix together softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreo cookies until well combined. Set aside.

                Roll the Dough:

                  - Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 16x24 inches.

                    - Spread the cream cheese on the rolled-out dough, then evenly distribute the Oreo filling mixture over the cream cheese layer.

                      Form the Rolls:

                        - Starting from one long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Cut into 12 equal sections using a sharp knife or dental floss for a clean cut.

                          - Place the rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, ensuring they are touching. Cover with a towel and let rise again for about 30 minutes.

                            Bake:

                              - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

                                - Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

                                  Prepare the Frosting:

                                    - In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, followed by milk and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and consistent.

                                      - Spread the frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top for added texture.

                                        Serve:

                                          - Allow the rolls to cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy your Ooey-Gooey Oreo Cookies and Cream Cinnamon Rolls warm for the ultimate treat!
