1 (10 oz) package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional, for heat)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Olive oil, for brushing

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick. Using a round cutter (about 3-4 inches in diameter), cut out circles of dough. You should yield about 12 circles.

      Arrange the Tarts: Place the dough circles onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Gently press down in the center of each circle to create a small indentation for the toppings.

        Mix Chicken and BBQ Sauce: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce. Mix well to ensure the chicken is coated evenly.

          Add the Toppings: Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture onto each tart, letting it fill the indentation. Then, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken. Add some sliced red onion, corn, and jalapeños if using.
