1 pound ground turkey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 2 limes

4 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, and romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado, diced

1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup corn (canned or frozen)

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1 jalapeño, sliced (optional for spice)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the turkey is well seasoned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
