Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1-2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust according to heat preference)

1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Optional: fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and feta cheese. Mix until creamy and well incorporated.

Add in the fresh jalapeños, pickled jalapeños, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.

Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a baking dish, smoothing out the top.

In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with olive oil. Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the dip in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Once out of the oven, let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions if desired.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced vegetables, or crackers for dipping.
