1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced

1 cup salami, diced

1 cup provolone cheese, diced

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

For the Dressing:

1/3 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and black pepper, to taste

In a large serving bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, diced cucumber, sliced kalamata olives, sliced pepperoncini, diced salami, diced provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

      Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine, ensuring that all ingredients are well-coated with the dressing.
