Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Cheese Addition: Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and well combined. Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes.

        Assemble the Bombs:

          - Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.

            - Take each biscuit and flatten it slightly in your hands.

              - Place a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit.

                - Fold the dough over the filling to create a ball shape, sealing the edges tightly.

Bake: Place the cheeseburger bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the tops gently with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Cooking: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Serve: Allow the bombs to cool for a minute before serving. Serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch dressing.
