4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cornbread mix

1 cup buttermilk

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
