1/2 cup milk

1 cup cooked ground turkey (seasoned with salt, pepper, and cumin)

1 cup Hatch green chilies (roasted, peeled, and chopped)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 medium avocado (sliced)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil or cooking spray
