Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 cups cooked pasta (elbow or rotini work well)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sour cream

½ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

Add the diced onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the meat mixture, then fold in the cheddar cheese and sour cream until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions.

Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Hamburger Supreme Casserole!
