Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the butter and seasoning mixture.

Spread the shrimp out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Evenly sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.

Roast the shrimp in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are pink and opaque.

Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
