Ingredients

For the Cheeseburger Filling:

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Dough:

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

For the Garlic Parmesan Topping:

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling:

    - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Break it apart with a spoon as it cooks.

      - Once browned, drain any excess fat. Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onions are translucent (about 3 minutes).

        - Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

          - Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.

            Prepare the Dough:

              - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

                - On a clean surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.

                  Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs:

                    - Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each crescent roll triangle.

                      - Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly and form a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

                        Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Topping:

                          - In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, and Italian seasoning.

                            Bake the Bombs:

                              - Place the formed cheeseburger bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

                                - Brush the tops generously with the garlic Parmesan mixture.

                                  - Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown.

                                    Serve:

                                      - Allow them to cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Serve warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch or ketchup!
