Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 5 slices)

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons melted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Roll the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your fingers or a rolling pin to create a larger circle.

Fill the Biscuits: Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the meat filling in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal it completely. Make sure there are no gaps.

Coat the Bombs: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Roll each sealed biscuit in the butter mixture until well coated, and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm as a delicious appetizer or a fun meal, and watch them disappear!
