1 lb Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss well to coat.

      Melt the Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat.

        Combine: Pour the melted garlic butter over the Brussels sprouts and mix until all sprouts are evenly coated.

          Roast: Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
