Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

1 cup granola (for a crunchy coating, optional)

Popsicle molds or small paper cups

Sticks (if using paper cups)

Instructions

Puree the Peaches: In a blender, add the chopped peaches and blend until smooth. You can leave a few small chunks for texture if desired.

Mix Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir until well mixed and creamy.

Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the peach puree into the yogurt mixture until fully incorporated, ensuring the color is evenly distributed.

Fill Molds: Pour the peach yogurt mixture into your popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full to allow room for expansion when freezing. If using paper cups, fill each cup, and then place a popsicle stick in the center.

Add Crunch (Optional): If you wish to add granola for some crunch, sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the yogurt mixture after filling the molds. This will create a delightful texture when you bite into the pops.

Freeze Thoroughly: Place the filled molds or cups in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely firm.

Unmold and Enjoy: To remove the pops from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out. For paper cups, simply peel away the cup.

Store: If you have leftovers, wrap the pops in plastic wrap or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
