Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup granola (your favorite mix)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Fresh fruit for garnish (such as berries or banana slices)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.

Fold in Mix-ins: Gently fold in the granola, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips (if using), and sea salt into the yogurt mixture. Ensure that everything is evenly distributed.

Shape the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to scoop the yogurt mixture and drop heaping spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon to form clusters.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the clusters are firm.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and place them in a sealed container. Drizzle with extra maple syrup and garnish with fresh fruit just before serving.

Enjoy: Grab a few clusters straight from the freezer for a refreshing snack that combines creamy yogurt with crunchy toppings!
