Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (to sweeten)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Cooking spray or muffin liners (for molds)

Instructions

Prepare the Mold: If using a muffin tin, lightly coat it with cooking spray or line with muffin liners to prevent sticking.

Mix the Yogurt: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until fully blended and creamy.

Layer the Granola: Spoon a layer of granola into the bottom of each muffin cup, pressing gently to secure it in place.

Add the Yogurt Mixture: Carefully add the yogurt mixture on top of the granola, filling each cup to the rim.

Top with Berries and Chocolate: Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt in each cup. If you’d like, sprinkle some dark chocolate chips over the berries for extra richness.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen solid, remove the cups from the muffin tin. Let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before peeling off the liners for easier serving.

Store: Keep any leftover cups in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
