Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite non-dairy yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or any nuts of your choice)

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Popsicle molds or plastic cups and wooden sticks

Instructions

Prepare Bananas: In a blender or food processor, add the sliced bananas and blend until smooth and creamy.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon if desired. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Add Nuts and Chocolate: Fold in the chopped walnuts and mini chocolate chips for added texture and flavor. Ensure they are evenly distributed.

Fill Molds: Carefully pour the banana-yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds. If you’re using plastic cups, fill each cup to about three-quarters full.

Insert Sticks: If using molds, gently press the sticks in the center of each and ensure they stand upright. If using cups, place them on a tray for easier handling and insert wooden sticks.

Freeze: Place the filled molds or cups in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds or cups for a few seconds until they loosen. Gently pull out the pops and enjoy your Frozen Yogurt Banana Nut Pops!
