Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, chopped

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on peach sweetness)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla-flavored)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

A pinch of salt

Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Peaches: If you're using fresh peaches, wash, peel, and chop them into small pieces. If using frozen, let them thaw slightly for easier mixing.

Blend the Peach Mixture: In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth, adjusting the sweetness to your liking.

Create the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and cinnamon (if using). Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Layer the Pops: Start by spooning a layer of the yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds (about 1/3 full). Next, add 1-2 tablespoons of the peach puree on top of the yogurt layer. Use a skewer to swirl the two mixtures together gently. Alternate layering until the molds are full, finishing with a layer of peach puree.

Insert Sticks: Gently insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, ensuring they are upright.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until they are solid.

Remove Pops: To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Carefully pull the pops out.

Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy your homemade Frozen Peach Cobbler Yogurt Pops immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later!
