Fried Cheese Stuffed Doritos

8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 (10 oz) bag of nacho cheese Doritos

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup panko bread crumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Oil for frying

Optional: Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Salsa or ranch dressing (for dipping)

Prepare the Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese with the softened cream cheese until well combined and smooth. Set aside.

      Stuff the Doritos: Using a small spoon, fill each Dorito pocket with the cheese mixture. Press gently to ensure it stays inside, but don’t overfill—leave a little space to prevent overflowing when frying.
