1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

1 cup fresh ricotta cheese

1 cup fresh figs, stemmed and quartered (or sliced, depending on size)

2 tablespoons honey (plus extra for drizzling)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or rosemary)

A pinch of sea salt

Olive oil, for drizzling

Freshly cracked black pepper, optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crostini:

    - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      - Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
