Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 cups chicken broth

2 packs instant ramen noodles

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons miso paste

1 teaspoon Sriracha (adjust for spiciness)

1 teaspoon sugar

2 green onions, sliced

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the fridge.

Cook the Chicken: Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and caramelized. Remove from heat, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.

Prepare the Broth: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer.

Add Miso: Once the broth is simmering, stir in the miso paste, heavy cream, and Sriracha. Add sugar to balance the flavors. Simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Cook Ramen Noodles: In a separate pot, cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Dish: Divide the cooked ramen noodles among bowls. Ladle the creamy garlic broth over the noodles. Top each bowl with sliced chicken, sliced green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Add fresh cilantro for garnish.

Serve: Enjoy your Fiery Chicken Ramen hot, slurping down those noodles for that perfect spicy kick! Add more Sriracha if you prefer extra heat.
