Ingredients

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for added sweetness)

Pinch of sea salt (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles on a clean surface.

Add Fillings: On each triangle, sprinkle a tablespoon of crushed graham crackers, followed by a small handful of mini marshmallows and a few chocolate chips.

Roll Them Up: Starting from the wider end of the triangle, carefully roll the dough towards the pointed end, making sure to seal in the filling. Pinch the sides to prevent any leaks while baking.

Brush with Butter: Place the rolled-up crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops lightly with melted butter, and if desired, sprinkle with sugar for a sweet crunch.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Garnish: Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt for a contrasting flavor.

Serve: Enjoy warm as an ooey-gooey, s’mores-inspired treat!
