1 pound breakfast sausage (mild or spicy, your choice)

6 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup maple syrup (for drizzling)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray.
