1 medium ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced into rings

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the Pineapple: Start by peeling and coring the pineapple. Cut it into rings or bite-sized chunks, depending on your preference.
