1 package (8 oz) crescent rolls

1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy, your choice)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

    Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.

      Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is well combined and creamy.

        Prepare the Crescents: Open the package of crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Separate the triangles along the perforated lines.

          Fill the Crescents: Take a tablespoon of the sausage and cream cheese mixture and place it at the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point. Pinch the ends to seal.
