Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn, drained

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup diced red onion

1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions, usually adding a bit of water and simmering it all together for about 2-3 minutes until thickened.

Remove the skillet from heat and add the nacho cheese sauce to the beef mixture, stirring until well combined.

Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface. In the center of each tortilla, layer approximately 1/4 of the beef and cheese mixture, followed by black beans, corn, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, red onion, and jalapeño slices if using.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each filled tortilla.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to secure everything inside.

In the same skillet, place the wraps seam-side down and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing in half.

Serve warm with sour cream and salsa on the side for dipping.
