Ingredients

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure all the florets are evenly coated.

In a separate bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs until well blended.

Sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumb mixture generously over the cauliflower, tossing again to ensure that the florets are fully coated with the mixture.

Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan for maximum crispiness.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through for even cooking.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.
