Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenders

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

¼ cup all-purpose flour

Cooking spray or olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Prepare the Breading Station: Set up a three-dish breading station. In the first dish, place the flour. In the second dish, whisk together the eggs and milk. In the third dish, combine the grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken tender first into the flour, shaking off any excess. Next, dip into the egg mixture, allowing the excess to drip off. Finally, coat the chicken tender in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks. Repeat for all the chicken tenders.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they're spaced apart to allow for even cooking. If desired, lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with a bit of olive oil for extra crispiness.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken tenders are golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).

Serve and Enjoy: Let the chicken tenders cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Pair them with your favorite dipping sauce (like ranch or marinara), and enjoy a dish that the kids will love!
