1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Prep the Chicken: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts, then pound them to an even thickness using a meat mallet (about 1/2 inch thick). This will ensure even cooking.

    Seasoning: In a large bowl, season the flour with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in the seasoned flour and shake off any excess.

      Prepare Breading Station: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and crumbled feta cheese.
