1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prep the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Toss well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.

    Set Up Breading Station: Prepare three shallow dishes. In the first dish, add the flour. In the second dish, add the beaten eggs. In the third dish, combine panko breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

      Bread the Chicken: Dredge each piece of seasoned chicken first in the flour, shaking off any excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off, and finally coat it in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to ensure a good coating. Repeat with all chicken pieces.
