1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian style)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetable oil for frying

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Prepare the Cheese: Start by freezing the mozzarella sticks for about 1-2 hours. This helps the cheese hold its shape and prevents it from oozing out while frying.

    Set Up the Breading Station: In three separate shallow bowls, place flour in the first bowl. In the second bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. In the third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
