Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing, if preferred)

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

Prep the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce. Toss until the chicken is fully coated. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your heat preference.

Prepare the Wrap: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. If you prefer a crispy wrap, lay the flour tortillas into the pan one at a time for about 30 seconds on each side until slightly golden. This step is optional but enhances the texture!

Assemble the Wrap: On each tortilla, layer a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture, followed by shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Add chopped green onions if desired.

Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up to secure all the filling inside.

Crisp the Wrap: Return the assembled wraps to the skillet on medium heat. Cook seam side down for about 2-3 minutes, then carefully turn and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until both sides are golden brown and crispy.

Slice and Serve: Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, and slice in half diagonally. Serve with extra ranch or buffalo sauce on the side for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 wraps
