2 pounds chicken wings, cleaned and patted dry

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried dill

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

½ cup ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup and place a wire rack on top. This will help the wings stay crispy.

    Prepare the Wings: In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, dried dill, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasonings.

      Apply Ranch Seasoning: Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the seasoned wings, making sure all wings are well-coated. You can adjust the amount of ranch seasoning to your taste.

        Arrange the Wings: Place the chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack on the baking sheet. Ensure that the wings are not touching each other for maximum crispiness.

          Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning the wings halfway through the cooking time. Bake until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

            Crisp them Up (Optional): For extra crispiness, broil the wings on high for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.

              Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
