Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (optional, for drizzling)

Fresh lemon juice (optional, for serving)

Optional toppings: Shaved Parmesan cheese, chopped bacon, or toasted nuts

Instructions

Prep the Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. This step ensures crispy results.

Air Fry the Sprouts: Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Add Optional Toppings: If desired, remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. For an extra touch, sprinkle with shaved Parmesan, chopped bacon, or toasted nuts.

Serve: Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for brightness and serve warm.
